Charter Standard Award.

Tideswell Utd Football Club was presented this week with the Charter Standard Development Club Award.
As a Development Club Tideswell Utd can offer football from the age of 5 upwards, starting with the Sheffield Wednesday Academy coaching centre, mini soccer with under 8’s and 10’s then onto under 12’s, 14’s and 16’s then into senior level with the Reserves then First team plus the inclusion of the new over 40’s meaning Tideswell are well equipped to cater for all ages and levels.
Club Chairman Richard Lomas added “it is a great honour to receive this award after hours and hours of dedication and hard work by myself and the Committee including working very closely with several local schools, as a Club we are always looking to expand and improve as we look to add possibly 2 more sides to the Club including a under 12’s and a women’s team from 2011”.
