The inaugural Tideswell Utd Golf Day turned out to be a roaring success which was a credit to the levels of golfers on show plus the use of the excellent Sickleholme Golf Club. Winners: 1st Bakewell Bandits - 87 points 2nd Brampton B – 87points 3rd Gaffers Allstars 85 points 4th Ronnies Rockets 82 points Bakewell win on the back 9 by one stroke. Longest Drive – David Insley – Matlock Golf Club Nearest the Pin – Keith Butterill - Whaley Bridge John Brogden also walked away with the 1st prize in the raffle which was a superb signed piece of football memorabilia. Due to success, Next years event has already been booked.
